She holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande, a master’s degree and a PhD in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (Area of ​​Concentration: Research and Development of Chemical Processes); She developed postdoctoral studies at DEQ-UFSCar, studying the formation of nano-aerosols. She has experience in Chemical Engineering, with emphasis on Chemical Process Engineering, working mainly on the following topics: atmospheric pollution, environmental monitoring and water quality. She is co-author of the books ‘Characterization and Environmental Monitoring’; And ‘Water Quality: Description of Chemical Parameters Referenced in Environmental Legislation’.

She is currently a Full Professor for teaching and research at UNICAMP’s Faculty of Technology.
